Do I need a specific qualification to apply?

For Social Care Worker roles, a relevant degree (Level 7 or 8) is usually required. However, for Support Assistant roles, we welcome those with a passion for care and provide a full induction.

What is the recruitment process like?

Our process typically involves an initial application review, an interview (virtual or in-person), Garda Vetting, and reference checks to ensure the highest safeguarding standards.

Is there an induction period?
