With over 40 years of international experience in strategic leadership, hospitality, training, and business development. Patrick’s expertise spans operations management, quality assurance, and policy-driven training initiatives, working closely with government agencies and private enterprises. A World Master Chefs Society honouree, he holds degrees from NUI Galway and Carlow IT. He also serves as a director at Fifty Shades Greener, driving sustainability education. Committed to business growth with social impact, Patrick continues to shape the future of social care and accommodation services.

Patrick earned a Bachelor’s Honours Degree in Training & Education (NUI Galway, 2010) and a Master’s in Business (Carlow IT, 2019), reinforcing his expertise in business strategy, leadership, and operational management.

Patrick is a respected advisor to government agencies, state bodies, and private enterprises. He has designed and delivered accredited training programs for Fáilte Ireland, the Environmental Health Officers Association, and multiple Education & Training Boards, ensuring workforce development aligns with evolving industry and societal needs. His strategic insight in growth, quality assurance, and skills development has been instrumental in shaping policy-driven training initiatives. With over 35 years’ experience nationally and internationally across hospitality, training, and management consultancy, Paul brings a proven track record in leading people, services, and organisations to deliver high-quality outcomes.

A DIT graduate, he has managed diverse teams across five continents and developed expertise in building structured, accountable, and high-performing environments.

Paul’s work is underpinned by a clear commitment to quality, governance, and compliance, ensuring that all services are safe, effective, and consistently aligned with best practice standards.

He believes strong governance and robust systems are essential to delivering sustainable, inspection-ready services that truly meet the needs of those they support.

At his core, Paul is driven by a simple belief: every individual deserves dignity, safety, and opportunity. Through a social entrepreneurship approach, he focuses on delivering practical, compliant, and high-quality solutions that create lasting impact for individuals, families, and communities.

Suzanne Browne
Head of Workforce Development

Suzanne Browne

Suzanne Browne is the Head of Workforce Development at Attuned Healthcare, providing executive leadership in the development of high-performing teams and sustainable workforce strategies across the organisation. With over 15 years of senior experience spanning the private and charity sectors, Suzanne brings a strategic, people-led approach to organisational capability, talent development, and learning innovation.

Suzanne holds a Professional Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring from Kingstown College, a Special Purpose Award in Training & Development (QQI), a Diploma in Project Management (UCD Professional Academy), and a bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Business Management. Her academic and professional background supports her ability to align workforce development with operational priorities, service quality, and long-term organisational growth.

In her role at Attuned Healthcare, Suzanne leads workforce development planning, training delivery, leadership programmes, and staff capability initiatives, ensuring teams are supported with the skills, confidence, and professional development pathways needed to deliver high-quality services. Her work is rooted in inclusion, wellbeing, and building cultures where people feel valued, empowered, and equipped to thrive.

Suzanne is also the co-founder of SIB Consultancy Ltd, where she currently leads the delivery of coaching, mentoring, and workforce development solutions for organisations focused on growth, transformation, and people strategy.

A respected leader, coach, and mentor, Suzanne is committed to building resilient and future-ready teams, strengthening organisational culture, and driving excellence through continuous learning and development.

Luis Gracias
Director of Operations

Luis Gracias

Luis has over 20 years of experience in Ireland, the UK, Europe, USA, and Latin America. He was the Director of Operations in one of the leading Healthcare Organizations in Ireland. He has recently been appointed as Director of Operations at Attuned Healthcare. He has extensive experience in start-ups of Residential Care Centres in the Disabilities and Mental Health services in Ireland.

In September 2022, Luis completed an MSc in Health and Social Care at Edinburgh Napier University, Scotland. He also has a Business Administration Diploma and a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Luis co-founded a charity and successfully secured funding and project-managed building and installation of the Olympic torch monument in the town of Nova Friburgo, Rio de Janeiro State, to commemorate the Rio 2016 Olympic games.

Jordana Kavanagh
Regional Manager

Jordana Kavanagh

Jordana is a Regional Manager with Attuned Healthcare. Jordana is an individual with a natural want to support vulnerable people. Jordana has worked extensively in social care at management level for many years, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses, to live the lives of their choosing.

Some of Jordana’s extensive list of achievements has been in developing relationships with both individuals being supported through challenging times in their lives, but also in supporting and mentoring staff teams to ensure that the highest level of service is provided.

She believes that everyone has the right to live their lives the way they choose to.

Aoife Muldoon
Regional Manager

Aoife Muldoon

Aoife is a Regional Manager with Attuned Healthcare. Aoife is highly skilled and motivated, with substantial practical experience as a Health and Social Care Manager. Her experience includes managing services for adults and children with intellectual disabilities, mental health, and ASD and supporting individuals with various disabilities.

Aoife holds a level 8 in Applied Social Studies and over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with mental health, ASD and intellectual disabilities. Currently, Aoife is the operations manager of our mental health community-based Residences in the Leinster region.

Chelseaann Behan
Safeguarding Officer

Chelseaann Behan

Chelsea is the designated Safeguarding Officer with extensive experience in promoting the safety and well-being of children and vulnerable adults. With many years experience in social care she is responsible for implementing safeguarding policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Passionate about creating safe environments, Chelseann works closely with management, staff, and external agencies to raise awareness, provide training, and respond effectively to concerns. Committed to upholding the highest standards of protection and care, Chelseann plays a crucial role in fostering trust and accountability within Attuned Programmes.

Saif Mehr
Director of Accountancy

Saif Mehr

Saif is a highly accomplished Finance & Business Strategy Leader and Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial management, strategic business planning, and corporate finance across the UK and Ireland. Proven expertise in financial modelling, valuation, tax strategy, and business restructuring, strongly focusing on driving growth, compliance, and operational efficiency. As a Certified Chartered Accountant with a master’s in finance and a Professional Diploma in IT Management, Saif brings a unique blend of financial acumen and technological proficiency to enhance business performance. Saifs expertise spans management consulting, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance, supporting organizations in achieving sustainable growth.

A recognised Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) from the Corporate Finance Institute, Saif has successfully led finance transformation projects, M&A transactions, and corporate restructuring initiatives. Saif's leadership experience includes serving as Head of Finance and Consultant for multiple entities, where he played a key role in strategic decision-making, risk management, and optimizing financial operations.

Eoghan Keogh
Consultant Psychotherapist

Eoghan Keogh

With over twenty years of experience Eoghan has worked as part of multidisciplinary teams with both adolescents and adults in a variety of clinical settings. Eoghan is a clinical psychotherapist who uses an integrative approach to therapy to develop personalized, holistic treatment plans. By drawing on techniques from different therapeutic models, each plan is tailored to the unique needs of the individual. His integrative method allows for flexibility, combining elements from various therapeutic modalities to address , anxiety disorders, depression, trauma and addiction. Eoghan carefully considers each individuals personality, preferences, needs and life circumstances to match them with evidence-based trauma informed treatments that offer the best chance for positive outcomes.

Eoghan's approach goes beyond symptom relief, as he seeks to help individuals develop tools for self-regulation and self-soothing. By empowering individuals to manage their emotions and navigate challenges effectively, he aims to foster growth and long-term well-being, guiding individuals toward a deeper sense of inner balance, personal resilience and recovery.
